WARRANTY POLICIES

• 5 YEARS FRAME WARRANTY

All frames (materials that hold the structure of the lounge). This does not cover accidental damage from moving the lounge, improper use of the lounge and / or commercial application.

• 3 YEARS FILLING WARRANTY

Any sagging on cushion foam in the seat areas more than 2 inch. All foams, on pillow top design lounges, back / headrest armrest foams, webbing and filling loss of resilience in foams is normal part of these designs and not covered by warranty is considered normal use and is not a defect. Not allow “jumping” on them.

• 1 YEAR MECHANISM & ACCESSORIES

The mechanism warranty excluding batteries, transformers, USB port and handle for manual recliner.
